How about classical music to start in the new year? Enjoy the New Year's concert at Dresden Zwinger Palace- Sweeping waltzes by Johann Strauss, well-known arias of well known operas and lively polkas belong to the program. Lets welcome the new year together with our soloists and musicians of the DRESDNER RESIDENCE ORCHESTER! The DRESDNER RESIDENCE ORCHESTRA is an extra-class ensemble that has come together to perform classical concerts at the baroque Dresden Zwinger Palace. All our events will entertain you with the highest standards.
Discounted tickets for children up to 16 years and severely disabled persons from GdB 80% and their accompanying person are available on +49 (0) 351 - 41 88 62 30. The Wallpavillon is located on the upper level of the Dresden Zwinger.
Please note that both the concert hall and the toilets have no barriere-free access.
Our New Years' concert lasts about 90 min including an intermission. The concert hall will be open 60 min before the performance starts for the concerts at 2 pm and 5 pm. For the concert at 7pm 30 the concert hall will open 30 min. before the perfomance start.
Please note that the announcements and the moderation will be in German.
