“Sleeping Beauty” – who doesn't know one of the oldest folk tales? Tchaikovsky's ballet music transports us into the world of Sleeping Beauty's magic. The evil fairy's curse comes true: on her 16th birthday, Princess Aurora pricks her finger on a spindle and falls into a deep sleep, and with her the whole kingdom. Only the kiss of a prince who truly loves the princess can bring her and the slumbering world back to life. Let us tell you the story in our little castle, the Dresden Zwinger, and listen to the music—and bring your parents and grandparents along!
The concert hall in the Wallpavillon is located on the upper level of the Dresden Zwinger Palace and can be reached from Theaterplatz or via steps from the Zwingerinnenhof. Please note that the toilets are located outside the concert hall and concert hall and toilets are not barriere-free accessible.
